Putting Gold Gel R in your motorcycle seat is a quick and simple process. Here’s all you need to do:

Use a staple remover or a flathead screwdriver to pry out the staples holding the old seat cover in place.
Step 2: Remove the Plastic Liner
Your Gold Gel R has a plastic liner protecting the adhesive it uses to stay in position on your motorcycle’s seat foam. Peel this sheet off before the installation.
Step 3: Apply Gold Gel R to Your Bike’s Seat Foam
Simply stick the Gold Gel R to your bike’s OEM seat foam. Make sure to place it in the center of the seat.
Step 4: Customize If Necessary
Using a sharp pair of scissors, you can adjust the shape of your Gold Gel R. This should not be necessary for the vast majority of motorcycles, but may help you feel more comfortable depending on your body type and riding preferences.
Step 5: Reinstall Your Seat Cover
