Leave a Deposit for Your Custom Seat Cover
Work directly with our design team to create a one of kind piece unique to you and your motorcycle. Choose from alternate panel and stitching colours to personalized embroidery.
Designing and templating labour is charged at an hourly rate of $60 USD, with a starting minimum of $30 USD. We also require a one-time production setup fee of $25 USD.
Interested in free fabric samples?- All of our custom service offerings require an initial deposit.
- Once we’ve received payment, our design team will reach out via email within 3-5 business days to discuss your ideas and confirm the full details of your order. We can then provide you with a quote for the full project.
- Should you accept the quote and wish to proceed, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of your custom order. We require final payment before we begin the designing and templating process.
- Once we’ve received final payment, our design team will work with you through computer sketches to come to an agreed-upon design. Once your design has been finalized, we will begin the manufacturing process.
- Please allow approximately 20-25 business days for manufacturing. Once it’s ready, we will send you a photo of the finished product for final review and approval.
- Once we’ve received final approval, you will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that all custom order sales are final.
Shipping
All orders placed on our website are shipped from Canada. Delivery times are based on product availability, as well as customer location. We ship within North America, and to most International destinations, using a variety of postal services. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are subject to duties/taxes charged by your country's customs upon delivery. If the shipment is refused due to refusal of paying import fees, we may abandon your order and not offer a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item arrived damaged, we will gladly accept return of the ordered item(s) within 30 days of received date. Please ensure that you follow our returns process, to avoid ineligibility and/or incurring restocking fees.

For a while I've known the benefits of upgrade my motorcycle seats, for both the rider and passenger. I often would opt for a material to increase grip as a way of improving safety and making the riding experience less taxing.
When I found that going to a local shop was no longer an option, I decided to go with Luimoto given the wide range of services they offered and positive reviews I found. While they seem to be very capable of doing custom designs if one of their off the shelf options isn't your thing, I wanted something unique yet underestimated. I went with an all tec-grip design with gel inserts for both the rider and passenger to improve overall comfort, and had them install it in their facility.
What I can say is that the final product looked better in person than what I had imagined. The material used was very high quality, completely night and day from OEM. Even though I had a comfort seat, the addition of the gel insert made it even more comfortable having recently done a ~4 hour riding day. And lastly, the tec-grip definitely offers a "stickier" feel so my passenger and I are more planted in place while accelerating, braking, and cornering.
From initially reaching out to them to start the process to seeing an initial sketch of my proposal to being notified that my order was shipped, the entire process was pretty seamless. Glad I went with Luimoto and I (and my passenger) are looking forward to enjoying the new seats!
