- All custom service offerings require an initial deposit.
- Once your deposit is confirmed, we will contact you with you shipping or drop off instructions.
- Please allow 5-10 business days once your seat is received for us to complete your order.
- You will receive an email invoice confirming your order is complete and ready to ship.
- As soon your invoice is paid, your order will be shipped immediately.
Shipping
All orders placed on our website are shipped from Canada. Delivery times are based on product availability, as well as customer location. We ship within North America, and to most International destinations, using a variety of postal services. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are subject to duties/taxes charged by your country's customs upon delivery. If the shipment is refused due to refusal of paying import fees, we may abandon your order and not offer a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item arrived damaged, we will gladly accept return of the ordered item(s) within 30 days of received date. Please ensure that you follow our returns process, to avoid ineligibility and/or incurring restocking fees.
