Shipping
All orders placed on our website are shipped from Canada. Delivery times are based on product availability, as well as customer location. We ship within North America, and to most International destinations, using a variety of postal services. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Duties & Taxes
All international shipments are subject to duties/taxes charged by your country's customs upon delivery. If the shipment is refused due to refusal of paying import fees, we may abandon your order and not offer a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if the item arrived damaged, we will gladly accept return of the ordered item(s) within 30 days of received date. Please ensure that you follow our returns process, to avoid ineligibility and/or incurring restocking fees.

This looks much better than in the catalogue. The suede is very pretty and the vinyl parts look premium. I got the white stripe model with fitting passenger seat. The passenger seat hump is more silver than gray and complements the alu / white theme of my bike perfectly. The installation was also more straightforward than I expected. Yes I do have some crafty background but things aren't always that simple. And here - a little pull and tuck, staple, and that's it - no weird folds, no air pockets, perfect form fit. The material is just the right trade-off of stiff vs. elastic, it will pull over the edges with reasonable force and then stay there. If anything, it was easier to fit than the supplied Youtube video suggests. Oh and delivery to Singapore took barely a week. Now I see my saddlebags need to change...
